AND PROVIDING PENALTY PfR FAILURE TO COMPLY TEEREWITH."
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, Florida, that ordinance No. 265, entitled,
"An Ordinance providing for and fining occupational, business
and professional license the city of Clearwater, Florida, and
providing penalty for Failure to comply therewith, "be and
the same is hereby amended to provide the following licenses
for the businesses enumerated as follows, to-wit:
Sand and Shell Dealers, $10.00
Sawmills 10.00
Florists 5100
Colordd Motion Picture 15.00
Cigar Manufacture 10.00
Truck delivering beer 25.00
That all licenses not mentioned in the above list
be and re4min the same as prpvided heretofore.
Passed and adopted by the City Commission of the City
