BE IT ORDAINED by the City Conmis lion of the City of Clear-

water, Florida, as follows:
WHEREAS, under and by authority of Chapter 15671 of the Acts
of the Legislature of the State of Florida, 1931 session,
approved by the Governor tho 26th day of June 1931, the City
Commission is authorized and empowered to provide, by ordinance,

BUILDING LINES; PROVIDING FOR THE INTERPRETATION, APPLICATION T
AND ENFORCLUENT OF ITS PROVISIONS AND FIXING PENALTIES FOR
VIOLATIONS AND PROVIDING FOR A SPECIAL ELECTION TO DETERMINE

was duly passed by the said City Commission at a special meeting -
on the 14th day of April, 1932, and
WHEREAS said Act requires that said Ordinance shall take effect
from and after its passage and its approval. by a majority of the € ..
qualified electors of the-City, who are freeholders within said ?
City, voting at a general or special, election to be called and
held at such time and in such manner as the City Conunission '
may determine for the purpose of determining whether or not said
zoning Ordinance shall go into effect.

Third: That,if a majority of the votes cast at said election
shall be in favor of the said ordinance going into offect, said
' Ordinance shall, upon canvass of the election determining that

qualified electors of the City of Clearwater, who are freeholders
