ORDINANCE NO. 284.A
'67R INANC PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF CERTAIN
} TRUCKS UPON-CERTAIN OF THE STREETS OP CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Comaila sion of the City of
Clearwater, Florida,
Section 1. That from and after the passage of this Ordinance
it shall be unlawful for any person to park any truck exceeding,

„ 16 feet in length, upon any portion of the following designated
streets in the City of Clearwater.
CLEVELAND ST. between the foot of the Causeway
. and Myrtle AVE.,
OSCEOLA AVE. from HAVEN ST. to DREW ST.,
FT. HARRISON AVE.
between '',TURNER ST. an4
DREW ST.

,
GARDEN AVE. between FRANKLIN ST. and DREW ST., ,
except w1ere according to the marking of said streets parallel
parking is permitted or provided for. :
• Section II. Any person violating the provision of this "..
Ordinance shall, upon conviction in Municipal, Court be fined not
exceeding '.$50.00 or imprisonment in the City Nail not exceeding ;
30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion
. of the Municipal Judge.
