Be it ordained by the City Commission of the City of
Cleamiater, Florida.
Section 1. 'That the City Sanitary Inspector be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed, after the

fruits or vegetables which are hosts to the Mediterranean
Fly, which are kept on sale by retail dealers in the City _ ° '.:i•;:.:1 `.t
of Clearwater, and when so inspected, if found to be . '-. " .,
--< wholesome, and free from infection by said fly, to issue
a certificate to that effect, and deliver same to the :. .
dealer of said products, and if said fruits or vegetables
are found to be -unwholesome, unfit for human consumption, r
or infested by said fly, or any appera??arce thereof, said
inspector is hereby authorized and directed to immediatoly
remove said fruits and vegetables from the places of sale,
and burn sate in the City Incinerator.
