WHEREAS, the City Commission at a special meeting

from said corporation by the said City of Clearvrnter, Florida,

NOM TH1.'BEFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Com-
missianers of the City of Clearwater, Florida;
1. T:- at all acts and proceedings done in pursuance '
to the passage and adoption of the said ordinance by the City
Commission on the 18th day of April, 1929, authorizing the _
said agreement between the City of Clearwater, Floriada, and f:
