F ?HJ `l? .t BE IT OtiDAINED BY THE CITY CCMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER: SECTION le No company engaged in the manufacture and sale of bottled drinks, whether firm, corporation or individual, whether by selling to retailers or direct to the consumers, unless a City license-shall first be secured by such firmp corporation or individual, which lSoense shall be issued to such firm, corporation or individual by the City Clerk of the City of Clearwater on reoeipt of the sum of $300.00, as an annual license fee, or the sum of $150.00 as a semi-annual license fee. Such license shall be signed by the Clerk and City manager and shall have the City Seal affixed thereto, as provided by Section one of Ordinance No. 265 regulating licenses in the City of Clearwater. PEOVIDED, That nosuch license shall be issued for a period of•;'• less than six months and provided further that nothing here nt?.? contained shall be construed to repeal, limit or modify,those provisions of Ordinance No. 265 of the City of Clearwater relating to the issuance of licenses to peddlers or venders'.t-=`" That portion of License Ordinance No. 265. of the City of Clearwater, providing for a license tax on bottling companies or individuals for each vehicle delivering from outside the City, f Is hereby repealed. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances, in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, this 2lat day of May, A.
