to each person or persons, firm or corl?oration , on receipt of

to: each person or persons, firm or corporation on receipt of
said aniount. Said license to be signed by the City Clerk and
the City manager, and shall have the City Beal affixed
thereto".
Section 2. The license hereby ordained shall be due and 4
