BE IT OkDAIN by the City Commission of the Clay of Clear-
water , Florida that Section 3 of Ordinance No, 258, entitled,"An
Ordinance Creating the Office of Building Inspectors of the City of
Clearwater , and Adopting a Building Code," be amended to read as
follows -
Section :. Section 3 Fees for permits. The City Commission hereby pres-

tribes a schedule of fees to be paid for permits, certificates and
transcripts of records, issued by the Inspector of Buildings. Said
fees to cover the expense and cost of issuance of said certificates and
' the inspection of the work done under such permits. Said Schedule shall
be printed and conspicuously displayed in the office of said Inspector
of Buildings, fees to be paid to the City Clerk...
(a) Permit fees for new buildings, additions and enlergments, k
shall be based on the cost of buildings as per the following classes; V

(d) Permit fees for location of machinery, elevators, boilers,
electrical apparatus, gasoline and oil tanks, and similad appliances
which may cause fire or explosion , disturbing noises or vibration,
or for locating any wood, cool,lumber , stone, wagon or storage yard,
public automobile garage, stabel or pens for animals, slaughter houses, ?
