AN ORDINANCE. DECLARING THE, ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
' TERRITORY LYING CONTIGUOUS TO THE PRESENT CITY

heretofore passed and adopted an ordinance declaring its intention
of annex and include it its incorporated limits the lands hereinafter
described, and
WHEREAS said ordinance was duly published in the Clearwater
Evening StLn once a week f cr four weeks ,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the
City of Clearwater, Florida:
SECTION ONE: That the hereinafter described unincorporated
' tract of land lying contiguous to the present incorporated limits
of said City and within the same County and having less than ten.
: registered voters residing therein, be and the same is hereby annexed
and included in the incorporated limits of said City of Clearwater,
Florida, to-wit:
Guth one-half (S') of the Northwest one quarter
Mouth
of Section twelve, Township twenty--nine, 1
Range fifteen East,
SECTION TYCO: Be it further ordained that all of the
territory included within the limits of the above described tract
be and the same is hereby declared to be within the corporate limits
of said City of Clearwater, Florida, from and after the passage ;.
of this ordinance.

Clearwater, Florida, this the 1st day of February, A. D., 1926;
