231ORDINANCE # 831 i i S { r t AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA FI AI NCB THE TIME LIMIT FOR PARKING MOTOR VEHICLES ON CERTAIN ,PORTIONS OF STRUTS AND AVENUES IN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida Section 1. Between the hours of seven (7) Olclock .,A. M. and six (6) Ofelock P. M. on any day of tho week except Saturday, s'nd then between the hours of seven (7) O'clock A. M. and ten (10) O'clock P. M., it shall. be unlawful for any person to leave or park any motor vehicle foie a period longer than one and one -half (1*) hours on Cleveland Streetq from Osceola avenue to East Avenue; Fort Harrison Avenue, from Park Street to Laura Street, Borden Avenue, from Park Street to Hendrix Street; Watterson Avenue , from Cleveland Street to Hendricks Street. Provided that this Section shall not apply on Sundays and holidays. Section 2. It shall he unlawful for any person to leave or park any motor vehicle for any time longer than necessary to take on or discharge passengers or freight, except in space designated and marked as parking space, within the territory and botuided by the follo- wing streets snd avenues, to-wit; Drew Street, from Carden Avenue to Osceola Avenue, Osceola Avenue, from Drew Street to Pierce Rtreet, Pierce Street, from Osceola Avenue to Ft. Harrison Avenue, Fort Harrison Avenue, from Pierce Street to Park Street, Park Street , from Ft Harrison Avenue to Garden Avenue to Garden Avenue, Garden Avenue, from Park Street to Drew Street. Section 3. It shah be unlawful for any person to injure i remove, deface or change the position of any sign, marker, light or indicator placed by direction of the Chief of Police of the City of Clearwater for the control of traffic or the enfcrcoment of this 4 ordinance , in the said City. .k Section 4. ' t 1 , 1r',`?s r. 4 Section 5.-Any person; firm , or coproretion found guilty of violation of Sections one, two, three or four or any part thereof, of this Ordinance, shall pay a fine not exceeding 4200.00 or ,,, suffer imprisonment not exceeding sixty days , or both, in the ,a } discretion of the Municipal Judge. Secti6n '•6. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealdd, and all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances not in conflict with this Ordinance shell continue in full force and effect. 1.
