AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE PARKING Cr, AND THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF STANDS FOR AUTO BUSSES OR STAGES FOR ,HIRE IN THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
C LEARWATER :
SECTION l.Thst no auto busses or auto stages operating for hire
shall be permited to have a stand or terminal on any Street or Avenue
for the purpose of parking, loading or discharging passengers within
?., the following described area:
On all of the Streets•and Avenues located between Drew Street
on the Nobht, Myrtle Avenue on the East, Court Street and Haven
Avenue on the South, and Clearwater Bay on the blest; this area shall
be,deemed to include Drew Street, Myrtle Avenue, Court Street and
Haven Avenue.
SECTION 11. Any person or persons, firms or corporations
violating the provisions of this ordinance on conviction in the
municipal court shall for each offence be punished by a fine not ex-
ceeding Two Hundred Dollars($200.00) or be imprisoned not exceeding
sixty (60) drys , or both in the discretion of the Municipal Judge.
Provided that , nothing herein contained shall be held to apply to
busses rcarrying passengers between pohnts within the corporate limits
of the City of Clearwater.
SECTION 111 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after the First day of July, A. D 1925.
