An Ordinance of the City of Clearwater, Flirida y
to be entitled "An Ordinance Prbhibiting the Installing of
Tanks for the storage of Gasoline, Rerosene,• or other
Explosive Liquids,
BE IT ORDAINED by the City 6f Clearwater, Florida;
Section 'l. That from and after the passage of this.
Ordinance it shall be unlawful ,for any person, ' f ixm,
corporation or association of persons to build or install.
any, storage tank f or the purpose of storing gasoline,
j kerosene or other highly Explosive or inflamable 'liquids
t within tUm corporate limits of Clearwater, Florida,
except that persona may install under-ground tanks not
exceeding ,(600) five hundred gallons, for the purpose of i

Any person, firm, corporation or association of ' ,`,,• '
r!, parsons found malty of violation of the provisions of r. r`. ,•;s!.r',`
Section I of this Act, shall be fined not exceeding two
! Hundred 0200.00 dollars, or imprisonment not exceeding
sixty days(60)
Section 2. All Ordinances conflicting with this
Ordinance are HEREBY REPEALED.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective _
{ from the 16th day of June; A.D. 1924. `
