AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLIM: AN ORDINANCE HUGULATINa ELECTIONS
IN THE CITY CP CLI• JUMATER, FLORIDA.
ICE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COWAISS'ION OF THE CITY OF
CLLARYVATER0 FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: All elections provided by the Charter of
the City of Clearviator shall be held at the City Hall in `the
City of Clearvater in the mannor and time prescribed by the
{ Charter.
SECTION VII: The City Commission shall call all.
1 elections both general and special and shall cause a notice of `
each election to be published once a week for not less than two
weeks prior to the date of said election, said notice to be
published in some newspaper published in said, City and to be
substantially in the following form:
` NOTICE OF ELECTION.
NOTICE IS HNiEBY GIVEN that an election will be held ;?.< ?? • ,;',; .:',t ,'', :'.
In the City Hall of Clearwater on the day of , .
" • 192 , for the following purposes:'
All persons duly qualified by the Charter shall be
eligible to vote in said election.

to elections for the issuance of bonds, and all bonding elections

shall be conducted and a notioe thereof give, as provided by
the Charter.

of Clearwater, Florida, shall perform all duties and functions - '
incident and necessary to the holding of said election and the
?.'. registration of voters and the canvassing of the returns of f
said election and publication of the results thereof, as pro-
vided by the Charter.
