ORDINANCE NUMBMi 22099 OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA
An Ordinance Entitled " An Ordinance to Amend, Section 14# of
k Ordinance number 166 of the City of Clearwater , Fla., relative to the
sale of milk and Dairy products, in the City of Clearwater, to provide
for the inspection of Dairies and to prescribe penalties for the
I violations thereof.

Section 1: That that part of Section 14 of the ordinance number 165.
Section 14: be, and the some is hereby amended to read as follows,
to wit:

It shall be the duty of the City Health Officer upon making
an inspection as provided in this Ordinance , if he shall find that any vendor of milk or cream shall have in his possession or using in his
Dairy any Bacteria Killer or is violating any of the Ordinances of the'..-,
City of Clearwater or the rules and regulations of the City Board of
Health regulating the saie of such product, that he shall immediately
order the vendor so violating to suspend the sale of such dairy
products, or to revoke the permit issued to such vendor, as the facts
in each particular case may seem to warrant, and it shall be his duty
to cause all such offenders to be brought before the Mayor's Court/ to be. '
dealt with in accordance with the Laws and Ordinances of said City. i ;.
