BE IT OhDAIMM BY TIX CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CL=MATER: f Section One: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell any merchandise of whatsoever de- scription in the City of Cloarwater, Florida, by any coupon, ;; . ?• : ticket or evidence of indebtedness to be redeenred in the future without having first complied with the terms and conditions of this Ordinance.
