ORDINANCE NO. 198.
' AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PLUMBING
E' ORDINANCES OF THE CITY CE, CLEARWATER", AND ADOPTING THE RULES AND
REGULATIONS PRQriULGATED BY THE HOTEL COMMISSIONER OF THE STATE OF
FLORIDA. REVISED 1919.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the Stage of Clearwater,
Florida:
t SECTION ONE: The plumbing ordinances of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, now in force, be, and the same are hereby ciended so as to
conform in every particular to the rules and regulations promulgated
by the Hotel Commissioner of the State of Florida, made in pursuant
to Chapter 5962, Laws of Florida, and revised 1919.

. SECTION TWO: The rules and regulations promulgated by the Hotel

Commissioner of the State of Florida, in pursuant to authority of
• '.; Chapter 6952 of the Laws of Florida, relating to plumbing and

t installation of plumbing fixtures, be and the same are hereby adopted

. as the ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, insofar as they
enlarge, expand or modify or are in conflict with the plumbing
ordinances of the City of Clearwater, as now existing.
_. '' . SECTION THREE. All ordinances, rules or regulations relating to
'." the installation of plumbing fixtures in the City of Clearwater,
" ., Florida, insofar as they conflict with the rules and regulations
promulgated by the Hotel Commissioner of the State of Florida, be,
and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR: Nothing in this act shall be taken or construed
