I ORDINANCE 196
An ordinance to be entitled an ordinanoo,amending sections ?
265 and 266 of the official code of the Cit of Clearwater. }
m Be it ordained by 'tbe City Council' of the City of Clearwater,
M Section 1. That Section 265 of the official code of the
City of Clearwater be amended sq/aWto read as follows:
Section 265. A flat rate of One Dollar(11.00) per month
shall be assessed against every consumer of crater furnished by
the City of Clearwater, where no meter is installed, where only
one faucet or fixture is used and an additional Ten Cents for
'. each additional faucet or fixture shall be assessed and collected
per month. The City reserves the night in all cases whero deemed
expedient to place and install meters for determining the quality

' of the water used and to charge for the water too used the meter
rates an provided in Section 266.
Soction 11. Be it further ordained that Section 266 of the '"''a-'s'g:•<
i official code be amended so as to read as follows:
' Section 266. Where meters are installed water shall be furnished
at the following rates:

300 cubic feet to 1,000 cubic feet 15g per 100 cubic feet
