for the issuance of Bands by the City of Clearwater, Florida,

k BB IT ORDAZIJIM BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA.
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of
Clearwater, Florida # be and it is authorized. hereby to
borrow the sum of Thirty Thousand dollars to be used and
' expended as follows, to-grit:
The sum of Thirty Thousand dollars to be used and ex-'

money so borrowed as aforesaid, semi-annually, on the first

Each of said Bonds shall be payable in gold coin of the
United States of America of current weight and fineness,

interest coupons of such number and amount as shall be

Bach of said Bonds shall mature thirty years from the
first day of May, 1920. The interest coupons cttached

City of any kind whatsoever.
Section 3. The form of said Bonds not in conflict "
with this ordinance shall be approved by the City Council;
and each of sold Bands shall be sealed with tl? corporate

Section 4. When said Bonds shall have been issued as
