Section 1. All persons, firms or corporations offering

any merchandise tar sale of whatsoever icind or nature within
the corporate limits of the City of Cl.eazr.mtor shall sell the
same dither by weights, 'o.,easures, or actual count, and the j
standard of weights and moasures adopted and in force and
effect throughout the State of Florida, by the general state
: laws shall provail, and be in force and effect withiia the City
of Clearwater. s

article, or substance, us3iag the standard herein provided, and
such merchandise, ccmodity, article or mibstance shall be of the

Section 111. Any person, firm, or corporation who shall
:. ^t fail or refuse to fully comply with the provisions of the €
foregoing section shall upon conviction be fined not exceedL-is {
Two Hundred Dollars, or by imprisonment in the City Jail, or by 1
work upon the public works of said city not exceeding sixty days,
or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the
Mayor. '
