An Ordinance. Amending Section 143 of the Iievissd, Coco of the
City of Clet?rvvater, Florida.
Be It Ox*dained By The City Council Of The ''City Of Clearwater.
Section 1. That Section Vo. 143 of the Revised Code of
the City of Clearwater, Florida, be amended; so an to read as
1 follows: t
Section' No. 143, No motor propelled vehicle shall stands
or be driven or propolled upon any of the streets or Alleys of
the City of Cleamrater between the hours of sunset and sunrise
unless the same shall rave thereon tv, o lights to the front of the
Machine and one light. to the rear s placed in conspicuous
places

Ito bicycle shall be ridden or propelled upon any of the ;
streets or alleys of said City between the hours of sunset and
sunrise without a light an front of such bicycle.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict with the foregoing provisions are hereby repealed. "
