BE IT ORDAINED BY U12 CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA. ;

Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation, or the agent, servant or employee of ,

such, to sell or offer for sale, or dispense any intoxicating
a liquors, wines or beer within the City of Clearwater until
after such person, firis or corporation shall have applied

Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating
the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be )
A punished by a fine not exceeding Three flundred Dollars, or by
imprisonment or at labor on the streets or other public works
