R PREMISES IN THE . i CITY OF CLEARWATER HAVING NO OTHER MEANS OF ACCESS-THERETO MR 3 VEHICLES, AND TO PR OVI DE A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF". BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUI4CIL OF THE CITY OF i i CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. That any person who has no other means of j access for vehicles to his premises in the City of Clearwater, shall { I only he allowed to cross with vehicles the abutting sidewalk and ( curbing after constructing , with permission first had and obtained from the Street Committee of the City Council, a suitable street- , . " t return through the curbing of the street. Where the abutting street is paved, said street return shall be paged in the same manner and with the same material as that of. said street. Or material satisfactory ?. j to Street Committee. Said street return shall be constructed at the ` expense of the party desiring, access to his premises, and under the. supervision of the Street Committee of the City Council. ' Section 2.
