' 37 OF THE RE'VISE'D CODE OF THE CITY OF CLE:ARWATE1i AND TO SUBSTITUE
A SECTION THEREFOR".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA.
"- Section 1. That Section 37 of the Revised Code of the City
of Clearwater be and the game is hereby repealed, and the follow-
ing section substituted therefor:
Section 37. (Ch. 16) .REGISTRATION BOOKS; WHEN TO BE OPEN:
WHEN REGISTRATION NOT ALLOWL'D; PROVISO,
The Supervisor of Registration shall keep the registration
books of the City of Clearwater open for the registration of

electors at the

ng the
usual business hours of said office at all times, except for the
period of ten days immediately preceeding any generator special
election. No person shall be allowed to register during the ten
days immedistely:rpreceeding any general or specialelection. Provided,
This Segt%on shall not apply to elections by tax-payers on real
estate provided for in the Charter of said City and Amendments thereto.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict with this ordinance be and the some are hereby repealed.
