J BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEA10ATER,
FLORIDA;
I -
Section 1. That the revision, recodificution and compila-
tion of the Code and Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, pro-
pared by Leroy Brandon and Fred R. Wilson under the direction of
the City Council of the City of Clearviatcr, under and by virtue
of Section 51 of the Charter of said City of Clearwater
Approved May 27th, A. D. 1915, be, and the same is, hereby adopted
as the laws of the City of Clealniater under the name of "TIME
REVISED CODE OF THE CITY OF CLLAI?IVATLR", the same to take effect
on the First day of June, A. D. 1916.
Section 2. That all luvls and ordinances of said City
of a general nature not included in said recodification and revs-
lion be, and the same are, hereby repealed, provided that this
repeal shall not be construed to be a repeal of any special lays
or ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council of the City
of Clearwater.
Section 3. The revised Code of the City of Clearwater
as adopted by this ordinance shall, together with such ordinances
and regulations as may hereafter be adopted by the City Council,
be and constitute the laws and ordinances governing the City of
' Clearwater.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Clearwater, this
31st day of May, A. D. 1916.
