Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Clear, ?
water, Florida: ;
Section I. That all railroad companies having tracks:
within the Town li.nits of the Town of Clearwater are hereby
required to make and maintain grade crossings at all points
where any such tracks may intersect the streets of the Town.
Section 2. All grade crossings shall be made the full
width of the street where the same intersects the railroad
` tract or tracks and shall be graded to conform as nearly as [
practicable to the grade established for the street; and
where any street shall have been paved up to and abutting
the -right of way of any such railroad company having tracks
J within the Town of Clearwater, the said railroad comptiny shall
cause to be'paved the crossing at the intersection of any such ?
streets with its tracks and right of way with the same material
and in the swiie manner as the balance of said street may be
paved.
Section 3. The Mayor of the Town of Clearwater shall
cause a. notice to be served upon all railroad companies having
tracks within the Town of Clearwater, or upon the agents of such
companies, to make the grade crossings, as provided in this
;.; ordinance, within ton days from such notice; and in case any

k1 after such notice, then and In that event the Town Council
' shall be authorized and empowered to cause such grade crossings
to be cornstrugtod and the cost of the same shall be assessed
against such railroad company, and the Town Clerk shall cause
a notice of such lien to be recorded in the office of the Clerk }
of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida within ninety
days after the completion of such grade crossings; and if the
same shall not be paid within ninety days, the Town Attorney ;'•.`.
