NO. 139 OF THE TOWN Or CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND TO VACATE THAT

THE SAME, EXECUTED TO GEhTRUDE M. MINK. ;
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Clearwater,
j Florida:
Section 1. That ordinance No. 139 of the Town of Clearwater.1
+ 'Florida, entitled"an ordinance to vacate that certain alley, lying '
?. . between lot 5 of block 13 of Turnerts Addition to Clearwater, =
and Lot 1 of block 6 of Starr & Savery's Addition to Clearwater,
Florida, and to order quit-claim deed to the same, executed to '
T. M. Mink's", be and the same is hereby repealed. )
Section 2. THAT WHEREAS, it appears from the official map of
the'Town of Clearwater, Florida, that there is an alley ten feet
' in width., abutting lot 5 of block 13 of Turner's Third Addition to
the Town of Clearwater, Florida, on the South and abutting lot 1 of ..
block 6 of Starr & Savery's Addition to Clearwater, Florida, on the
North and
WHEREAS, it appears that that portion of the alley lying between '
the above described lots is of no practical value to the Town of
Clearwater, or the general public; and
WHEREAS, Gertrude M. Mink, the owner of the West 642 feet of
the North 110 feet of lot 1 of block 6 of Starr & Savorys' Addition
to Clearwater, Florida, has offered to dedicate to the said Town a
strip of band, extending across the East end of the said west 342
feet of the North 110 feet of lot 1 of block 6 of Starr & Savory's
Addition to Clearwater, Florida, 25 feet wide for the consideration
that the Town of Clearwater shall vacate and quit-claim to her, the
said Gertrude Me Mink, the above described alley;

THEREFORE BE IT FUHTHEtt ORDAINED that all that part of a

certain allay, lying between and abutting lot 5 of block 13 of

, Florida, and the Went 317

feet,, of the North 110 feet of Lot One of Block 6 of Starr do
Saveryts Addition to Clearwater, Florida, according to the'official
map of the Town of Clearwater, be and the same is hereby vacated,
and all the interest legal, or equitable of the said Town of
Clearwater, in and to the same is hereby conveyed, quit-claimed
} and assigned to the said Gertrude M. Mink, her heirs and assigns
t forever.
Section 3. That upon the execution by the said Gertrude M. Mink
of a good and sufficient deed to the Town of Clearwater, of the
East 25 feet of the West 342 feet of the North 110 feet of lot 1 of
i block 6 of Starr.& Saveryts Addition to Clearwater, Florida to be

used for street purposes, the Mayor and President of the Town
Council are authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver a
,
quit-claim. deed to the said Gertrude M. Mink, for the above
described, and hereby vacated alley, provided that said deed shall
be without warranty of title, and the Town Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to affix the corporate seal of the said
Town of Clearwater to the said deed. -? c
