in width abutting Lot 5 of Block 13 of Tarners Third Addition
to the Town of Cleanvater, Florida, on the South, and abutting
Lot 1 of Block 6 of Starr & Savery's Addition to Clearwater,

WHEREAS it appears that that portion of the alley
lying between the above described lots is of no practical
value to the Town of Clearwater, or the general public; and

Clearwater', Florida, has offered to dedicate to the said Town
a strip of land extending across the East end of the said
