3LEARWATEh, FLORIDA.
An Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the
Unconditional Transfer by the Town of Clearwater to the County of
Pinellas of Certain Real Estate, and to Authorize a Deed In Fee
Simple to be Executed for the Same.}
WHEREAS the Town Council , by ordinance No. 132,'paseed on the
23rd day of October, A. D. 1914, and approved by the Mayor on the

23rd day of October, A. D. 1914 authorized the transfer and

conveyance of Lots 4 and 5 in Block 7 of Gould & Ewing's First
Addition to the Town of Clearwater, to the County, of Pinellas,
State of Florida, upon conditions therein named, with a clause therein .
contained, providing that under certain conditions the said property
should revert to and become the property of the Town of Clearwater.,
Florida; and
WHEREAS the Town Council of the Town of Clearwater deem it
expedient and for the beat interest of said Town that a deed be
made, conveying said real, estate to the County of Pinellas in
fee simple; i

THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of E
Clearwater, Florida:
Section 1. That in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1,00) and other valuable considerations, the Torn of Clearwater,
Florida, hereby authorizes the -sale of the following described
real estate, situate, lying and being in the County of j
Pinellas, State of Florida, to-wit: Lots 4 and S or Block 7 of ?
Gould & Ewings First Addition to the Town of Clearwater.,
Florida; to the County of Pinellas, State of Florida. ?

Section 2. The Mayor and the President of the Town Council
are hereby empowered and directer to make, execute and daliver ?

to the County Commissioners of said County of Pinellas a good
and sufficient deed In fee simple for the above described !

real estate; and the Town Clerk is hereby directed to affix the
corporate seal of said Town thereto.
