Be It Ordained By The Town Council Of Tho Torun Of Clearwater, :lorida: 3 Whereas, it appears from the official map of the Town of Clearwater, Florida, that Fort Harrison Avenue from Ewing Street outh to the Town limits is eighty feet wide, and { Whereas said Fort Harrison Avenue extending north from the 's ;hove-mentioned portion of said Avenue is fifty-five feat wide,and , Whereas if the west line of the said Fort Harrison Avenue Forth of Ewing Street should be extended south to the Town limits, taking that part of ForthHarrison Avenue south of the said. Ewing "5 . troet fifty-five feet wida to correspond with that part of Fort , farrison Avenue north of the said Ewing Street, then, according fo said mnp of the Torun of Clearwater, there would be a strip of and lying west of Fort Harrison Avenue and south of the said iwing Street to the Town limits twenty-five feet in width, and Whereas by map of Harbor Oaks Addition, according to plat filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circut Court of Pinellas ounty, Florida, on the 22nd day of March A.
