Section 1. That from and after the passage and :F
approval of this ordllnanne that Chautauquas held,garried ,. '
on or preformed under tent or canvas within the Town of

Clearwater,shall be held and considered as andkisubjbot:<td

vided however Chautauquas carried on and managed under local `
