Section It All persons owning or operating any vohialo.,
whether propelled by muscular power or motor power,
` excepting such motor vehicles as are run only upon rails

Section 6. It shall be the duty of any person owning,
using or operating any vehicle over the improved streets of
said town in which sand or crushed rock or other small
material is being hauled or transported to have the body
of said vehicles so constructed and loaded as not to spill

or waste same over which the some is hauled or transported.
Section 7. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm , or
corporation to drive or operate any vehicle over any
improved streets of said town of a greater weight than ten
thousand pounds.
Section S.It shall be unlawful for any person under the

age of fourteen years to drive or operate any motor pro- i
pelled, vehicle upon any of the streets of said torn of
Clearwater. '..
Section 9. It shall be unlawful for any operator of g
any, motor propelled vehio••le upon the streets of said town r'`. =f
to pull or tow any motorcycle or btcycl.e on or over any of
slid streets of said torn of Clearwater.
Section 10. It shall be the duty of all persons operating. !'.
motor propelled vehicles over any of the streets of said
town to have the engine of said vehicle equipped with s ,
muffler, and said muffler shall at all times be kept closed '
so as to insure the least noise. ',:.
Section 11. Any person guilty of violation of any of
the provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction !
thereof be fined not exceeding the sum of $2000 or f

imprisoned or work upon the streets or other public works
of said town not exceeding 00ndays, or both, fine and rr
imprisonment

Section 12. For the purpose of thli ordinance-the owners
of any vehicle mentioned in Section six, and sevencdf't.tbis "
ordinance shall be deemed the operator or driver thereof
,. and the conviction of the actual driver or bperstor shall
in no wise excuse the owner or olivners from the penalties
mentioned in Section eleven hereof. a "'•" '
