Be it Ordained by the ':Town of Clearwater, Florida,
Section 1. That an ordinance entitled an ordinance
directing the subdivision and platting of blocks,, lots,
sL-reets and alleys in the Town of Clearwater; "r':lori'da,
be and it is hereby amended so as to read ati follows

platted into blocks, lots, streets and alleys, the streets

already laid out or projected through lands adjoining and abutting the lands to be sub-divided.
Sec. 2. That all maps or plats of proposed Fubdivisions

't'own Council of Clearwater for approval and after bears
the approvol and signature of the City Engineer shall b
accepted and a copy of acid maps or plats shall be left
for-°recoitd with the Town Clerk to be filed in the 't'own
Plat Book.
Sec. 4. That it shall be the duty of the City Engine
to thoroughly.:,examdne all maps or plats offered for
record, see that they fully comply with this ordinance
and after having found such to be the case he shall •,-:'
approve the some with his signature and official lt3tle;;
Sec.-5. That the Town of Clearwater shall not take
charge of, manage or e'ontrol any streets or allays
shown on the maps or plate of any subdivision, fbr the
" purpose of improving, grading, paving, laying sidewalks
water, sewers of any other municipal.improvements, befo
such maps and plats have been submitted to the Town
;. Council and approved by it.
t. Sec. 6, All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the prbviaiona hereof are repealed.
