An Ordinance Prescribing the Form and Details of the Issue

. 'Sheress, at an election duly and legally called and hold in
the Town of Clearwater on the 10th day of September, 1912, more
them a maJority of the qualified voters of said 'town who at that
public records of the
time owned toal_esbbbe, the title of which was recorded in the/'
county, voted in favor of the issuance of Bonds of said Town in
the amount of Forty Thousand Dollars (S40,000) for the purpose
of raising money to be deed as follows: Fight Thousand Dollars
080000) for construction of a concrete pier at the foot of
Cleveland street in the Taim of Clearwater: Thirty Thousand
Dollars ($30,000) for paving the streets of the Town of Cl,ear-
watert and Two Thousand Dollars ($x',000) for park purposes; and
ti7kiereas, it has been and is now found and determined by the
Town Council that the entire bonded, and all other indebtedness
of the Town of Clearwater, including the Forty Thousancd Dollars
($40,000) bonds authorized by this Ordinance to be issued, is less
than ten (10) per cent of the assessed valuation of the real and
personal property within the limits of said Town: and
Whereas, said bonds have been duly advertised for sale, and
a contract has been entered into for their sale to Farson, Son &
Company of New York and Chicago-at a price which is in excess of
the per value thereof; and
Whereas, all acts, conditions ond things required by law

Be follows: $8,000 for tho construction of a concrete pier at
the foot of Cleveland street, in the Town of C].&arwater; $600000 t

In the amount of Forty Thoussnd Dollars ($40,000) of the
denomination of Five HUndr°eddDollars ($500) each, numbered one
to eighty (1-80) ine lus ivop Sdid bonds shall be known abd
designated as "City Improvement Bonds;" Shall be doted October
1912; shall mature thirty years from their date and beor
interest at the rate of five (5) per centum per annum, payable
semi-annualy on the first day of April and of October of each
year until the principal and interst shall be payable in gold
or
coin. of tho United States of America, off/ equal to the present
standard of weight and fineness,at the Banking House of National
Bank of Commerce, in the city and state of New York. The proceeds
of the sale of bonds nunbered one to sixteen (1-16) ino:lusAve,
shall be used for the purpose of constructing a concrete pier
at the foot of Cleveland street in said Town of Clearwater; of
numbers seventeen to s?v ptyrtai ? (17:-'?6) inclusive, for the purpose
of paving the streets of the Town of 9learwater; and of numbers
seventy-seven to eighty (77-80) i.na:luaive, for park purposes.
Sec. 2. Said Bonds and interest coupons shall be in substantially
