AN,.,ORDINANCE to vacate certain lands situate, lying and being
on the North side of Cleveland Street between the East line of the
# Atlantic Coast Line Railroad and the Eastern limits of the Town of '
Clearwater, Florida: ;
Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Clearweter,i
Florida T that all lands belonging tip, the Town of Clearwater,
Florida and situate lying ad being between the newly established '
North line of Cleveland Street (East of the Atlantic Coast Line
;
Railroad) and the property of private parties adjacent thereto and
of
situate on the North there{/- be now vacated.
