An Ordinanco directing the subdiviaion and platting,
of blocks, lots, streets and alleys in the Town of Cleantutor"

Be it ordalned by the Town Council of the Town. of
Clearwater:
' Section 1. That in all lands lieraafter subdivided and
" platted into blocks, lots, streets and alleys, the streets and
alleys shall conform with the streets and alloys alroady laid
out through lands adjoining and abutting or projected, the lands
to be subdivided.
Section 2. That maps or plats of the proposed
subdivisions of lands situated within the litaits of Clear-
water, before the same shall be filed for record in the Office
of County Clerk, shall be submitted to the Town Council of '
Clearwater for approval and acceptance, and a copy of said
i map or plat shall be left on file tith the Town Clerk.
Section 3. That on any land platted or recorded before
':. the same has been submitted to the Town Council and approved ii
by it, the Town of Clirarvrater shall not take charge of, or
manage, or control any streets or alleys as shown by said plats
or :naps for the purpose of improving, grading, paving, laying
sidewalks. water mains, sewers, or any other municipal
_ improvements.
-' = Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in ?
conflict with the provisions hereof are hezFeby repealed.
