' Section 1. All owners and managers of livery stables ,
' situated within the corporate limits of the Town' of Clear-
water are hereby required to keep and maintain wire screens. ; .. •::,
' . • ; , " over all doors, windows and other apertures in said livery
' stables, said wire screens to be of a fineness of mesh e

sufficient to prevent the entrance or exit of flies and
mosquitoes.
Section 2. All such owners acid managers of such , . i

daily from such stables, to prevent the accumulation of
pools of water in such stables and in the yards and premises
of such stables, and in general to conduct the same in a
clean and sanitary manner.
Section 3. Any person violating either of the
foregoing sections shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
