BE IT CRDAINED by the Town Council of tho Town of }i}

Clearwater.

SECTION 1. That section 2 of said ordinance No. 83 j
be and it is hereby amended toi"read as follows: #
SECTION 2. In adopting this ordinance, fixing and
prescribing water rates, the town of Clearwater does
hereby reserve the right, power and authority to place
and install on the premises where such water is taken
and used a meter for determining thAuanity of water
so used, and to charge for the water so used, the meter
rates as prescribed in Ordinance No. 83 , such meters to
be of a make as by the Council May be directed; all
connections with mains shall be made at the expense of the
person, firm or corporation owning the real estate upon
: which may be located buildings with which connections are

made,
