OhDINANCE NO 91
' An ordinance amending ordinance Nb 85 entitled an cra3'nant-6 „
creating the office of Water and Plumbing Inspector of the Town of
Clearwater, providing for the appointment thereof, defining the
duties of such officer and providing for his c6mpensation.
Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Clearwater, that
section one (14 of Ordinance No. 85 be , and it is hereby amended to
read as follows.
7 S
Section 1. The Mayor of the Town of Clearwater , by and with the
consent of the Town Council, shall appoint some suitable person to
be known as Water and Plumbing Inspector of the Town of Clearwater " .
and he shall give bond in the sum of $500.00 payable to the Town of
Clearwater, for the faithful performance of his dutdesT and shall
`f perform such other duties as are hereinafter provided.
