i Entitled an Ordinance to prevent the running.at large of
horses, mules, cattle in the torn .of Clearwater, Fla.
Sea. 1. That the"town council shall provide a pound for
tho compounding of stock in said town of Clearwater.
Sec. 2. That it nhall be the duty of the marshall to
empound all horses mules, cattle and hogs that may be round
running at largo within said town of Clearwater.
Sec. 3. When any animal is empounded by the marshall he `
shall.imme4istel1 give notice by posting notices at least
three prominent places within. said town stating the kind and :.
description of each every animal empounded, and at the end of , `..
three days, after the posting of said notices, thA marshall
shall sell at auction all, animals thus impounded, and the
{EL' proceeds arising therefsem, shall be turned over.to the town

.; treasurer, provided that within the above three days the''
;.' owner shall appear and pay the marshall one dollar-for each
r animal, said animal shall be delivered over to said owner, and,

Sec. 4.That ordinance No. 34 is hereby repealed.
Sec. S.This ordinance shall go into effect thirty days after
