PROVID114G FOR •IMIR OVEMENT OF THE SANITARY CONDITION OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLA.,
Be it Ordained That Sec. 4, of Ordinance No. 40 shall
be amended to read as follows.
Sec, 4. All sewerage pipes shall be at least six inches
in diameter, with water tight joints and connections, and shall
be buried at least one I bot in the g,-round and shall attend
into Clearwater Bay to a distance at least twa feet under
a water at low tide,
