ORDINANCE NO, _1989
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 4,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEAR.
WATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (11) TO ENACT
NEW ZONE 21K WHERE CLASSIFICATION SECTION 4-26 (a) (3),
AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, CAN BE SOLD, SAID
ZONE CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 11, TOWN-
SHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PRO-
POSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subparagraph (11) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact new Zone 21K to read as follows:
(11) For classification Section 4-26 (a) (3) only:
ZONE 21K. Consisting of the following described property:
From the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
11, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, run S 89.22148" along
the Northerly line of said Section 11, 30. 00 feet for a P. O. Bo;
thence continue S 89°22'48" E along said Section line (being also
the Southerly line of Highland Estates of Clearwater as per plat
in Plat Book 50, page 47, Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida) 185 feet; thence run S 0.13109" Wparallel to the
Westerly line of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 11,
236 feet; thence run N 89.22'48" W 185 feet; thence run
N 0°13'09" E along the Easterly right-of-way line of Highland
Avenue (see O.R. Book 883, page 390, Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida) 236 feet to the P. O. B.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
