AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 1979, AS
AMENDED, BY ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY RECENTLY
ANNEXED INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT;
PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS
HEREOF; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR -THE VIOLATION
OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE
OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

WHEREAS, on May 17, 1979, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning classifications for certain property
annexed into the City of Clearwater in accordance with procedure as
established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for
establishing zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by
the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the
said public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida,
is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning
Atlas of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 197911, as amended, is amended
to indicate that fact as hereinafter set out:
Zoned CP - Parkway Business District
Commence at the Northwest corner of Section 5, Township
29 South, Range 16 East and run South 89.46115" East
a distance of 100.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
continue South 89.46'15" East a distance of 1233. 71 feet;
thence run South 0.4914611 West a distance of 526.51 feet;
thence run North 89'4514611 West a distance of 1235.46 feet;
thence run North 01.0111711 East a distance of 525.64 feet
to the Point of Beginning, together with abutting streets.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.

r t Section 3. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the

Section 4. Any person, or persons, firm or corporation or

`f. terms or provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not
