AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 4,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO INTOXICATING
LIQUORS, BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (11) TO ENACT
NEW ZONE 211 WHERE CLASSIFICATION SECTION 4-26 (a)
(3), AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, CAN BE SOLD, SAID
ZONE CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 30, TOWN-
SHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PRO-
POSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subparagraph (11) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact new Zone 211 to read as follows:
(11) For classification Section 4-26 (a) (3) only:
ZONE 21 I. Consisting of the following described property:
From the South 1 /4 corner of Section 30, Township 28
South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida; thence
N 49 °07'4211 W, 354. 28 feet to the center line of Countryside
Blvd. ; thence N 53 ° 5113211 E, along said line 246.62 feet to
the center line of Enterprise Road; thence along said line by
the following three courses: N 36 00812811 W, 75. 00 feet to
a point of curve; along the arc of a curve to the left, radius
300.00 feet, arc 167.55 feet, chord N 52°0812811 W, 165.38
feet to a point of reverse curve; along the arc of a curve to
the right, radius 300. 00 feet, arc 52.82 feet, chord N 630
0514811 W, 52.76 feet; thence leaving said line N 53°5113Z"
E, 202 feet; thence N 36°0802811 W, 84 feet to the P. O. B. ;
thence S 53 °51' 3Z" W, 51 feet; thence N 36 °08128+ W, 59
feet; thence N 53051132+ E, 51 feet; thence S 36°081281, E,
59 feet to the P. O. B.
Section Z. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
