ORDINANCE NO. 1935
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1877 WHICH
AMENDED THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, 1978, AS AMENDED, BY RECLASSIFYING
AND ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED THEREIN,
TO CORRECT THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION CONTAINED
IN SUCH ORDINANCE AND THEREBY AMEND THE ZONING
ATLAS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, '1979;
PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT
OF SUCH CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY
OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING FOR PROPER
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, on March 15, 1979, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, passed Ordinance No. 1877, after proper public notices
and public hearings, to reclassify and zone certain property; and
WHEREAS, it has been ascertained that an incorrect zoning
classification was set out therein and Ordinance No, 1877 should be
amended to reflect this correction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA;
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1877, passed by the
City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, on March 15, 1979,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
IrSection 1. The following described property in Clearwater,
Florida, is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated,
and "The Zoning Atlas of the City of Clearwater, Florida of
197911, as amended, is amended to indicate that fact as`herein-
after set nut:
Zoned as RS-75 - Single Family Residential District
Continence at the SW corner of the NW 1 /4 of the SE 1 /4
of Section 7, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas
County, Florida; thence S 89 °47'45', E, along the South
boundary of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 7,
140, 00 feet for a P. O. B. ; thence N 00°52056" E, parallel
to the North and South centerline of said Section 7, 210. 00
feet; thence S 89°47'45" E, 125.00 feet; thence S 00142t5611
W, 210, 00 feet; thence N 89 °47145" W, along the South
boundary of the NW 1/4 of the.SW 1/4 of said Section 7,
125.00 feet to the P. O. B. , Less the South 33 feet thereof. "

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 3. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.
Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter 166.441, Florida Statutes.
Section 5. The Planning Director is directed to include and set out
and show upon the official zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
amendments as hereinabove set out.
Section 6. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
