AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE I OF CHAPTER 4,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO INTOXICATING
LIQUORS, BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (9) TO ENACT
NEW ZONE 19W WHERE. CLASSIFICATION SECTION 4-26 (c),
AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, CAN BE SOLD, SAID
ZONE CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION
31, TOWNSHIP 2B SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF
PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subparagraph (9) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact new Zone 19W to read as follows:
(9) For classification Section 4-26 (c):
ZONE 19W. Consisting of the following described property.
A parcel of land in the NE 1/4 of Section 31, Township 28 South,
Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly
described as follows: Commence at the NE corner of the SE 1 /4
of Section 31; thence N 89°46'3911 W, along the East-West centerline
of said Section 31, for 762.96 feet; thence N 0'03'16" E, for
280.54 feet; thence S 89046139 11 E, for 285.77 feet; thence N 1 °
2411711 W. for 233, 00 feet; thence N 13.35144" W, for 208.07 feet,
to the P.O. B.; thence continue N 13.35'44" W, for 6. 22 feet;
thence N 20°1414411 W, for 123. 74 feet; thence N 6210911611 E,
for 329.40 feet, to an intersection with the arc of a curve concave
to the Southwest and bearing N 6815514211 E, from the radius
point of said curve, said intersection being also the westerly
right-o£-way line of U. S. Highway 19; thence southerly along the
arc of said curve and along said right"-of-way, having a radius of
2764.91 feet and a central angle of 2°4113811, for 130.00 feet;
thence S 62 *09116 11 W, for 328. 95 feet, to the P. O. B.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has

been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3, This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
