Section 13-197, License required, of Article XI, Street Artists and Craftsmen, of Chapter 2, Administration, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 13-197. License required. Any person desiring a street artist and craftsman license shall make written application to the Board of Street Artists Examiners on application forms to be provided by the Board, which forms may be obtained from the City License Department. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed, Section 3. Should any part or provision 'of this ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the part declared to be invalid. Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Chapter 166.041, Florida Statutes. -1- li Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
