M
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on certain
proposed changes to the zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater in accordance
with procedure as established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes and amendments to the
zoning atlas were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of
all evidence presented at the said public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida,
is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning Atlas
of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 197811, as amended, is amended to
indicate that fact as hereinafter set out:
Zoned as P - Public Land District
A tract of land lying in Section 29, Township 28 South,
Range 16 East, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida,
and being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the NW corner of said Section 29; thence
run N 8914912711 E along the North line of said Section 29
for 208.00 feet; thence run S 00.0210611 W, along the East
line of a 208.00 foot wide F. P. C. right-of-way for 1790.80
feet;thence run S 89.5715411 E, 431.20 feet to the P. O. B. ;
thence run N 14*0010011 E, 25.00 feet; thence run along the
arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 1600. 00 feet, a
chord bearing of S 79°2511811 E, and a chord length of 190.99
feet for 191. 11 feet; thence run S 00°0210611 W, 25.19 feet;
thence along the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius
of 1625. 00 feet, a chord bearing of N 79.2813411 W and a chord
length of 197. 09 feet for 197.21 feet to the P. O. B.
