ORDINANCE NO. 1844
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE 1 OF.CHAPTER 4,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO INTOXICATING
LIQUORS, BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (8) TO ENACT
NEW ZONE 18D WHERE CLASSIFICATION SECTION 4-26 (a)
(1) AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, CAN BE SOLD, SAID
ZONE CONSISTING OF LOT 27, BLOCK R, HIBISCUS GARDENS
SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING
FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF TIME CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA;
Section 1. Subparagraph (8) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact new Zone 18D to read as follows;
(8) For classification Section 4-26 (a) (1) only:
ZONE 18D. Consisting of the following described property:
Lot 27, Block R, Hibiscus Gardens Subdivision, according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages
55 through 59, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has

been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance .
with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
