BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Subsection (9) is added to Section 135.085, Code of Ordinances, and existing Subsection (9) is renumbered as Subsection (10), to read: Section 135.085.
