AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING A 15-FOOT ALLEY LYING IN BLOCK 3, AND THE 20-
FOOT ALLEY LYING EAST OF AND ADJACENT TO BLOCK 3 OF THE
PLOT'OF THE WALLACE ADDITION TO CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
TOGETHER WITH THE 34-FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY OF INDIANA AVENUE
LYING WEST OF AND ADJACENT TO LOT 12 OF MARSHALL AND
BRANDON'S SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by the City of Clearwater, owner of certain
real property located in the City of Clearwater, that the City vacate the alleys
and right-of-way described herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said alleys and right-of-way are
not necessary for municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of
the City and the general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
- CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 1. The following:
The 15-foot alley lying in Block 3, and the 20-foot alley lying East
r; of and adjacent to Block 3, of the Plot of Wallace Addition to
Clearwater, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 6, of the
public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas
County was formerly a part, together with the 34-foot right-of-way
f of Indiana Avenue lying West of and adjacent to Lot 12 of Marshall
and Brandon's Subdivision of Block 7 of Wallace's Subdivision, as
r: recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 27, of the public records of Pinellas
;.` County, Florida,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
' Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
vs: records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
